Finance Director
The Financial Director leads the effective delivery of the financial strategy and day to day finance stewardship and operation to ensure the value of the business is protected. The oversight of the finance function will encompass responsibility and operational accountability for financial control, operations/Collections reporting, Treasury, Cash flow, FP&A, P&L reporting and keeping, Revenue Management/Pricing analysis, and alignment across functions to achieve strategic productivity.
Objectives and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for managing the finance staff, for all cash management, investments, budgeting, and financial reporting, driving the company’s financial strategy and hiring needs
- Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and reporting against the same
- Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization
- Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project management, cross team communications and workflow
- Comply with financial and audit requirements.
- Work with the senior management to efficiently develop proposal budgets, provide access to project finance information.

- Monitor performance with tracking, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting for the management team, and the rest of the company
- Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable Financial Accounting Standards.
- Aid the commercial head of the company to analyse and perform strategic revenue management and pricing analytics to enhance the top line of the company
- Deliver and identify strategic productivity across the organization
- Manage the P&L and report on value chain across opportunity and new business
