RAMS Engineer – Abu Dhabi
Position Summary
Support the RAMS, requirements, configuration, interface activities in accordance with the contractual requirements
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the RAMS activities by supporting System Assurance Manager
- Ensure that the sub-system meets the RAMS target in accordance with the RAMS policy,
- Providing the sub-system contribution to the Railway Integration and System level demonstration
- Production of the RAMS deliverables.
- Cooperate and coordinate with the CSCEC & SK E&C JV Contractor’s ISA as necessary. Cooperate and coordinate with the Employer’s Project ISA as necessary, e.g.
–Attendance at meetings,
–Response to assessment reports, audits reports, etc,
–Close-out of identified deficiencies, action items, etc,
–Provision of information and documents.
- Managing of ComplyPro database
- Collecting verification and validation evidence from all engineering disciplines to link into ComplyPro
- Ensure all the Project’s Contractual Requirements are met
- Management of project assumptions and project interfaces while ensuring correct capture through ComplyPro
- Supporting Systems Assurance Manager in all technical issues arised such as production of functional block diagrams and /or assisting in the productions of Systems Assurance reports
- Management of Configuration Activities through excel sheets

Responsibilities
- Accurately complete the financial accounting of business divisions and projects in a timely manner, register detailed ledgers, and summarize financial data.
- Review daily expense reimbursements, verification documents, supplier payment notices, owner’s pricing statements, and accurately distinguish value-added tax.
- Be responsible for the collection, sorting and analysis of related financial data such as revenue and cost of divisions and projects.
- Be responsible for the sorting, binding, storage and filing of accounting vouchers of divisions and projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate in contracts & administrations in relations to all contractual matters, including
- Preparation of RFP’s
- Preparing commercial enquiries & tenders
- Coordinate with projects & procurement team to align on vendors
- Help in tender planning, scheduling, control, evaluation
- Prepares quantity takes off
- Preparation of contracts and its finalization as required
- Budgeting, cash flow, including regular updates.
- Monthly and interim payments certification
- An ability to interfere with across the team
- Reporting on all commercial aspects at regular intervals
