Sr. Mechanical Engineer
Location: Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
JOB PURPOSE:
Provide leadership to the engineers in support of execution utilizing philosophies and specifications developed. Provide technical support to ensure the optimum reliability, availability, and technical integrity of all static equipment (as assigned) and line systems in his area of responsibility. Promote technically sound and cost-effective approaches, consistent with the company operating requirements and safety standards. Custodian of the Mechanical (static) Asset Master Plan.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Support in the development, monitoring, implementation and revising the plant mechanical equipment maintenance strategies and provide technical advice where required to ensure and enhance the integrity and reliability of mechanical equipment.
- Provide technical advice and support on mechanical (static) equipment issues to ensure integrity and reliability of the plant assets
- Review TSRMs and provide mechanical technical assistance to identify Bad Actors, analyse the problems/issues and provide recommendations to ensure and enhance asset reliability.
- Provide SD/TA scope of work for mechanical support discipline to ensure and enhance availability and integrity of plant and equipment.
- Work with reliability dept to Identify and investigate the root cause of failure in bad actors (Mechanical) and recommend efficient, cost effective solutions to resolve the issues.
- Conduct quality check audits for maintenance and mechanical activities to insure the work quality is maintained and enhance the plants integrity and reliability
- Provide technical authority approval for the design changes.
- Develop and keep up the custody of the Mechanical Assets (Static) Master Plan
- Review and update the Plant Integrity assurance manual with the latest designated area data and process changes to ensure the plant integrity is maintained.
- Ensure the business processes and work activities, relevant to position, are executed in compliance with the company’s policies, procedures and to achieve the business objectives in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner. Contribute in generation and implantation the yearly business plan for maintenance dept. Drive for zero compliance to the due equipment PM and CM work.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Cyber Security Analyst
Location: Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
JOB PURPOSE:
Perform all cyber security activities including cybersecurity governance management, regular compliance checks, awareness, risk management and ensure the organization’s compliance to all regularity requirements by policy alignment and enforcement.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Collaborate to define Information security standards and develop supporting organizational policies.
- Develops and documents project design requirements to promote flexibility, scalability, reliability, security and adherence to architectural standards.
- Initiates, facilitates, and promotes activities to create information security awareness within the organization.
- Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for any new assets, changes, or third-party projects to identify the cybersecurity risks and suggest the mitigation controls accordingly.
- Direct immediate remedial action for high level cybersecurity alerts, and ensure and recommend mitigating actions for avoiding recurrence.
- Manage the cybersecurity compliance solutions such as vulnerability assessment tools.
- Work with various business units to ensure cybersecurity controls are adequate, appropriate, and effective.
- Perform red team activities to test the cybersecurity incident response plans.
- Assist in developing policies, procedures and guidelines for implementing and safeguarding the company’s infrastructure.

Sr. Access control Analyst
Location: Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for the management and administrative aspect of implementing IAM best practices, user administration, authorization, and workflow administration for SASREF Active Directory in business and industrial networks and SAP systems. The senior analyst will ensure the identity assignment, authorization, and segregation of duties are maintained by protecting critical applications, data, and systems from unauthorized access.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Architecture and design of Identity & Access Management services and solutions.
- Architecture of Roles & Authorizations among systems.
- Develop and Manage the identity access management strategy.
- Mentor and guide the IAM team members on identity access management systems and processes.
- Define and monitor the IAM team performance and KPIs.
- Manage, and define the Identity and Access Management procedures and guidelines.
- Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
- Assess the adequacy of access controls against the regulatory requirements and the organization’s standards and policies.
- Ensure that continuous monitoring tools and technologies to assess access control is managed adequately.
- Design and manage identity management systems integration.
- Design and develop systems administration and management functionality for privileged access users.
- Coordinate with business for technical/functional IAM & authorities needs of users.
- Work with internal and external auditors to ensure the IAM cybersecurity requirements is achieved.
- Work with other teams to design, develop and provide identity access management solutions that meet the operational needs and maintain the cybersecurity defense requirements (such as encryption, access control and identity management).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Technical certification is a plus.
