Trade Marketing Executive

Location: Dubai, UAE

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the position is to assist in the OTIF execution of the Trade Marketing Strategy(s) in Modern Trade and as well as to ensure optimal execution and reporting. Ensure the consumer proposition & brand identity is reflected in all instore activations for Modern Trade, as per the brand team’s direction.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KPIs

  • Responsible for the execution of the annual trade marketing calendar
  • Support on the complete execution of trade marketing plans related to new launches for the business
  • Coordinate internally with all relevant departments to collect and analyze all information relative to ensure the execution of the Trade marketing calendar
  • Manage production, volumes, delivery and allocation of POSM based on agreed artworks with the Brand team and volumes with the sales team for instore activations
  • Compile competitor activities based on planned market visits
  • Manage and act as the main link between external suppliers/agencies and the organization, for all activities related to the execution of trade
  • Assist in providing planograms using the planogram software to the sales team
  • Assist to maintain procedures for preparation, executing of all trade marketing activities
  • Analyze data and trends, investigate issues related to execution, ability to identify solutions and recommend actions
  • Provide professional, efficient and timely advice and/or internal communication for any action that impacts instore – execution
  • Assist in the proper implementation of the Annual Trade Marketing plan to ensure that efficiency and effectiveness of the investment is optimized
  • Assist to ensure that all required legal documentation is available on time and in the proper format for all Trade Marketing & Events related matters

Supply Chain & Delivery Operations Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to manage, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle (Warehouse & Sales deliveries). Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services (Coordination for deliveries). Liaising with Manufacturers (Trading Items).

Warehousing

  • Manage, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
  • Responsible for implementing plans (Fast-moving, slow-moving items) and execution of supply chain as well as the planning and managing of activities and operations of the business
  • Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency (on time deliveries)
  • Analyzes current inventories levels and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company
  • Arrange warehouse space, plan routes and process shipments
  • Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials

Area Sales Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Summary:

The purpose of the position is to manage and lead the assigned distribution team efficiently in order to maximize business opportunities. Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory. Plan and execute sales and distribution for the business in addition to ensuring proper distribution implementation in the traditional trade channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy

  • Planning and executing assigned coverage/route plan
  • Conduct daily market visits (traditional trade channel) to assess the adequacy of the sales and distribution network, study market trends and activities
  • Conduct assessment of sales and distribution by meeting with the direct reports
  • Identify and maximize new business opportunities

  • Implement and maintain sales fundamentals (product availability, visibility, on time delivery etc.)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
