Procurement Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall direction, coordination and evaluation of all procurement activities in the station/country to ensure efficient resource utilization. Furthermore, work closely with the group procurement team to set policies and guidelines for delivering commercial and cost-effective procuring process.
Responsibilities
- Identify areas for improvement in line with new business trends to continually drive performance and focus on value add to business lines.
- Monitor and control capital and non-capital expenditures, and audit effectiveness by identifying sourcing and saving initiatives.
- Implement the corporate policies, processes, and guidelines in the station.
- Support bidding process and supervise tender document preparations for quotations on commodities and services. Also, prepare tender and post-tender evaluations for larger, complex projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers for best deals on pricing and contractual terms.
- Evaluate procurement needs and ensure accurate and timely provision of supplies.
- Takes initiative to launch local and regional RFx in coordination with end user.
- Develop key relationships with business stake holders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
- Implement system, dashboards and documentation as per group procurement procedures to ensure compliance with the corporate policy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a management role.

We are looking for a qualified Full Stack Senior Dotnet Developer who will be involved in designing, building, testing, implementation, and will support in development of application tools. The right candidate should have an excellent knowledge of dotnet programming languages and should be familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom applications as well as the customizing products from software vendors.
