Business Analyst – Service Assurance

Job Description

The purpose of this position is to be responsible for planning and Executing Customer Advocacy Programs such as Mystery Shopping, Satisfaction Surveys etc. and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement and embed improvements. Also, to implement initiatives to improve service levels of the Free Zone processes in collaboration with the respective FZ sections

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report outcomes of Monthly Satisfaction Surveys, Biannual and annual Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
• Plan, execute and report Mystery Shopping Surveys.
• Plan, execute and report Ad-Hoc internal/ external surveys requested by Free Zone Management or other DMCC Functions.
• Develop frameworks and mechanism for obtaining comprehensive customer feedback covering all transactions and touch-points.
• Identify and participate in industry leading competitive benchmarking initiatives and develop plan to achieve top quartile scores.
• Monitor the Key Performance Indicators, and SLAs of all FZ Sections on a regular basis, focused on identifying deviations from targets, identifying root causes for deviations and work with Section Head to ensure KPIs and SLAs adhere to the defined targets.
• Analyse business process and compare result against the service standards and best practices. Present findings and work with FZ Leadership and other personnel to identify and implement actions that will enable the respective sections to achieve set objectives.
• Implement processes or mechanisms to proactively communicate transaction statuses to customers and reduce inflow of customer queries.
• Support FZ leadership with Implementation of Strategic Projects and Initiatives related to Customer Advocacy and Quality Assurance.
• Publish periodic updates to PMO, Finance etc. or any other function as directed by FZ Leadership as per the stipulated template and time-lines

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA Preferred.
• 5-8 years’ experience in Service Assurance, Customer Advocacy, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Knowledge of Sales Force (Certification Desirable), In-depth knowledge of Free Zone Processes, Survey Monkey or any other industry recognised survey tool.

Manager – Business Centre

Job Description

The Manager – Business Centre will be responsible for managing DMCC Business Centres, to ensure smooth running of operations, ensuring members requirements are met and promoting value added services. Drives revenue for DMCC by effectively and consistently maximizing all lease revenues. The role is also responsible for handling and monitoring members retention for leased clients and JLT Business Centres around DMCC Free Zone.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Business Centre leases through effective negotiations
• Responsible for reviewing existing members request for downgrades and upgrades
• Ensure the team is issuing timely lease renewals to minimize any loss of revenue
• Ensuring 90% occupancy level is always maintained for DMCC serviced offices
• Manage the interface between Clients, MSE, Registration and License requirement related to Business Centre
• Monitoring the leads for flexi desk and ensuring the leases are issued promptly
• Regular site inspections to monitor the operations of DMCC Business Centres located across the Community
• Ensure the Business Center Counter is always manned during the business hours
• Monitor Property Status Reports to ensure the property information is captured accurately for all Business Centers operating in DMCC Free Zone
• Manage the occupancy report for DMCC and JLT Business Centers
• Handling the overdues and revenue status report on a monthly basis with Finance
• Responsible for reviewing the open SR’s and expired leases for the relevant month
• Organizing site inspections to JLT Business Centres to ensure smooth running of operations
• Responsible for reviewing business plan for new and existing Business Centres looking for an expansion
• Responsible for coordinating with Property Department to upload the Business Center unit data
• Promoting JLT Business Centres through DMCC ‘s Digital marketing media
• Responsible for conducting market research for JLT properties and facilitate the identification of potential new revenue opportunities
• Responsible for providing training to the direct reports
• Monitoring and supervising the team’s daily tasks
• Planning the training program as per the employee needs
• Setting up Team’s objectives and appraising the team’s performance
• Ensure timely collection of dues related to Business Center
• Control Business Centre operational costs
• Monitor and verify the integrity and accuracy of customer account statements
• Responsible for promoting value added services to DMCC Members
• Reconcile the monthly statements
• Market research analysis on DMCC Business Centres to improve product and services
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders
• Handle customer complaints and ensure efficient resolution.
• Prepare feasibility study to launch new DMCC Business Centers
• Coordinate with Property department to monitor fit out progress to completion
• Conduct regular site inspection for DMCC Business Centres
• Ensure the Asset is in good leasing condition

Qualification and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years in Leasing Experience
• Experience in handling customer service
• Fair knowledge of JLT property market and Business Center in other Free Zones
